Fawri has established this Site to link up users who need something shipped or delivered (“Customers”) with individuals who will provide the shipping and delivery services (“Couriers”) or teams of affiliated Couriers (“Teams”). You have to provide us with personal information like your name, contact no, mailing address and email id, our app will also fetch your location information in order to give you the best service. If you want to use our service or contact a WRide member, you must
create an account on our Site. To establish your account, we will ask for personally
identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, which may
include your name, phone number, and e-mail address. We may also collect demographic
information about you, such as your zip code, and allow you to submit additional
information that will be part of your WRide profile.
Other than basic information that we need to establish your account, it will be up
to you to decide how much information to share as part of your profile. We encourage
you to think carefully about the information that you share and we recommend that
you guard your identity and your sensitive information. Of course, you can review
and revise your profile at any time.
From time to time, we may run contests or promotions and ask for a postal mailing
address and other personal information relating to the contest or promotion. It will
always be your choice whether to provide your personal information in order to
participate in these events.
We collect transaction information related to the services provided via WRide, including amount charged, payment transaction information, date and time the service was provided, route and distance traveled.
As is commonly done on websites, we may use cookies and similar

computer’s hard drive and uniquely identifies your browser. We use both “session”

If you post a job as a Customer, we may publish the address of the pickup and drop
off locations on the Site, viewable by all Fawri Teams or Couriers. For example, if
you choose to post a job to the Site for a specific Team, we will publish the
address of the pickup and drop off locations on the Site or App, viewable to that
specific Team.
‘Personal Information’, ‘Contact Information & Photos & Contact list’, and ‘Sensitive Personal Data or Information’ shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the IT Act, 2000 and Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
Our app allows users to open their contact list and select a number to call. We do not collect any contact list information from users, but we do access the contact list to display it to users.
We use this information to provide a more convenient experience for users, and we do not share it with any third parties.
Users can opt out of having their contact list accessed by our app by changing their privacy settings in their device's settings menu.

on Your Subscription plan, We collect Your credit/debit card details or other bank

We collect information in order to provide You with a safe, efficient, smooth, and
customized experience. This allows Us to provide services and features that most
likely meet Your needs, and to customize the Cloud Services by providing You a
dashboard with Your branding and/or logo.
Except as provided herein, We do not solicit any Sensitive Information about You.
However, if You share such information with Us voluntarily, We will not be liable
for any actions, claims, costs, expenses, or other liabilities that may arise as a
consequence of any such unauthorized use or misuse of such information.
If You choose to post messages in Our chat rooms or other message areas or leave
feedback, We will collect that information You provide to Us. We retain this
information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support, and
troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.
Address Book Contacts. You may set your device permissions to grant tyt access to

files accessed, errors generated, time zone, operating system, and other visitor
details collected in our log files to analyze the trends, administer the website,
track visitor's movements, and to improve our website. We link this automatically
collected data to other information We collect about you.

If you are a Customer, you will be able to rate and review a driver. If you choose to submit a rating, this will be aggregated with other ratings and available to other registered users of the Site. If you submit a review, your review along with your user name will be posted for everyone to see.

Of course, we will not share recipient or potential customer contact information

recipient or potential customer contact information with Teams or Super Teams for
the purpose of performing the delivery services.

confidential terms. We may disclose such information to third parties in order to
provide You access to Cloud Services, to comply with Our legal obligations, to
enforce Our Terms of Use, to facilitate Our marketing and advertising activities, or
to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities using
the Cloud Server.
We will always take Your express consent at the time of sharing Your Personal
Information with third parties for their marketing and advertising purposes.

promoting other Fawri products offered by Our other businesses or by Our affiliates
